Cold-pressed juice is made using a hydraulic press that slowly squeezes produce to extract juice without heat or oxidation. Unlike centrifugal juicers, cold-pressing preserves more vitamins, enzymes, and phytonutrients, resulting in fresher, more nutritious juice.
Raw cold-pressed juice is safe for most healthy adults. Because it is unpasteurized, it retains its natural enzymes and nutrients. We recommend consuming within 3–5 days of pressing and keeping it refrigerated. People who are pregnant, elderly, very young, or immunocompromised should consult a doctor before consuming unpasteurized juice.
